POST SCRIPT
The Organizing Committee of the 16th ICPP decides to postpone the conference to July 27-30, 2021. "In order to meet the wishes of some participants, the conference organizing committee plans to organize several online events  28. - 31. of July, 2020. This will be a small micro-conference in remote mode. It will be our symbolic response to the pandemic situation, a sign that we are always ready to communicate (albeit virtually) despite the difficulties." (Sergey Borisov)
